About the Owner
Malli Contracting Inc. was founded by Jesse Malli, a Red Seal carpenter with hands-on experience rooted in early exposure to the trade. Jesse began working in carpentry at a young age alongside his father, building furniture and completing home renovations. These early projects laid the foundation for a long-term commitment to craftsmanship and building with precision.
After graduating high school, Jesse completed his carpentry apprenticeship through the Industry Training Authority and BCIT, earning his Red Seal Certification. During this time, he gained experience across all major aspects of residential construction, including framing, concrete forming, and finish carpentry. His work on a wide range of residential projects developed a strong understanding of both structural systems and detailed finishing.
In addition to technical expertise, Jesse assumed leadership responsibilities early in his career, managing crews and coordinating job sites. This hands-on management experience reinforced the importance of proper scheduling, quality control, and clear communication throughout the construction process.
Building on this foundation, Jesse established Malli Contracting Inc. with a focus on residential new builds, reliable execution, and professional standards. His approach emphasizes practical problem-solving, attention to detail, and accountability at every stage of a project.
